Flex, Now! Time to explore

Technologies No Comments

I accidentally found Flex when I was searching information needed for building an application. I didn’t really know what is this thing or how it works.

With the help of Google, I understand now that Flex can be used to build rapid web application, especially rich internet application. Flex 3 SDK remains as an open source, but the IDE, Flex Builder remains proprietary.

After searching some introductions and tutorials in the Internet, I found out an interesting “offer” in a video post in Youtube. I (you too) can have a free copy of Adobe Flex Builder 3 Pro, legally. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, it is free and legal (free and legally acquired thing is an interesting buzz this day, isn’t it?). The main requirement to have this free and legal copy is that you have to be an education customer, which means, you are either student, faculty and staff of eligible education institutions. Just follow this quick link to fill the form.

There will be more articles about Flex. I promised as I am very excited by this “long-searched-by-me” technology.
